WELCOME TO THE NOUS THAT JACK BUILT!
Every day, I note down a thought, typically based on something I have observed, experienced or seen, and then I write those thoughts into short pieces, generally between 400 and 1,200 words – ideal for a quick read! Each piece crystallises the learning that comes out of those thoughts, and there are always concrete takeaways to help you absorb that learning. I hope you find my writing useful and informative, and that it helps you as it does me. Read on to see how I make sense of the world, one day at a time!
You can read more about what I write and how I write it here, and below. Happy reading!

Sense Making
The primary objective of my journaling has always been to make sense. I hope you will find some of that here, and that it helps facilitate a greater level of understanding of yourself, the world and your role in it.
Motivational thinking
Sometimes hearing about something that someone else has been through, or thought, can be just the motivational inspiration you need. I hope that these thoughts can help you find and keep that motivation.
